Focus AI Profile Audit ("the tool") is run by The Focus Solutions. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and how you can remove it. The tool is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a secure one-way hash, so nobody can read it, including us.
• What you submit for an audit: the profile text you paste in or upload as a PDF (headline, About, experience, skills), your target audience, goal and any extra context.
• Your audit results: the score and recommendations the tool generates for you.
• Email from our website: if you enter your email in the form on thefocussolutions.com, we keep it so we can prefill your sign-up and see whether you joined.

We never ask for, collect or store your LinkedIn login details.

How we use it

• To create your account, log you in and save your audits to your dashboard.
• To generate your audit. The text you submit is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it under its commercial terms to produce your recommendations.
• To send account emails you ask for, such as password reset links.
• Members of The Focus Solutions team can view submissions and audits to support you and improve the service.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

The tool uses one session cookie to keep you logged in. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and audits until you delete them. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account, which permanently removes your account and all of your audits. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.
